About The General Manager Position

The role of general manager is a full time position at The Griffin Warmley and you will be expected to work between 43 hours and 50 hours per week (approx).

This role is a mix of day time, evenings and weekends. We are closed Christmas Day but open every other bank holiday.

As a general manager you will be responsible for the whole operation with the support of the landlord. This includes staff management, ordering, health and safety and the day to day running of the pub. This is a permanent position at The Griffin Warmley however you may be required to work in another location within a reasonable distance from time to time.
